MEEYO partner terms

Version of 30.10.2026 between FoxxCode GmbH, Blegistrasse 7, 6340 Baar, Switzerland (operator of MEEYO, “MEEYO”) and the registered business (“partner”). These terms are available in German, English, French and Italian. The German version prevails.

1. What this is about

MEEYO brings together people who want to meet and experience something together. As a MEEYO partner, your business appears on the MEEYO map, in suitable rooms and along planned routes. MEEYO guests can send you enquiries, make bookings and check in on site with your QR code.

2. What MEEYO offers you

A profile for your business (name, category, location, description, photos, videos, link buttons, offers and promotions), the partner portal with enquiries, booking calendar, check-ins and statistics, as well as your personal check-in QR code to print out. MEEYO does not promise any particular number of guests or any particular turnover.

3. Costs

The partnership has three phases: 1. Launch phase — free of charge, for as long as MEEYO is being built up (planned for around 3 months); MEEYO will inform you when it ends. 2. Then 6 months free of charge, counted from the end of the launch phase or from your approval, whichever is later. 3. After that, the partner fee per year, graded according to the size of your business (number of employees, as stated by you). MEEYO will inform you of the amount of the partner fee at least 30 days before it becomes due. No paid partnership arises without your consent — you can terminate beforehand without having to pay anything.

4. Your offers and prices

You determine your services, prices, promotions and discounts yourself and you honour them. A contract for your service is concluded directly between you and the guest. MEEYO is not a party to that contract, does not process any payments and does not collect anything.

5. Your obligations

Your information is true and up to date; you hold the permits required for your business. You treat MEEYO guests fairly and do not discriminate against anyone. You are entitled to use the content you upload (texts, photos, logo), and you allow MEEYO to show it for your profile on MEEYO. Gambling and offers that violate the law or the MEEYO rules are not accepted as partners; offers for adults only after separate approval and only in protected areas.

6. Guests and data

You only see what you need from guests to handle their visit: for check-ins the initial (the first name only if the guest agrees), for enquiries and bookings the first name. You use this information only for the enquiry or booking and never for advertising without consent. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the GDPR apply. MEEYO stores your information for the duration of the partnership and for the statutory retention periods.

7. Review, approval and suspension

MEEYO reviews every registration (company number in the commercial register, offer, website) and approves or rejects it. The partnership comes into effect with the approval; you will receive these terms as a PDF and your check-in QR code by e-mail. In the event of violations, MEEYO may remove content and suspend the profile.

8. Duration and termination

The partnership is concluded for an indefinite period. You can terminate it at any time by e-mail to support@meeyo.ch or in the portal — with immediate effect during the free months, and thereafter as of the end of the paid period. MEEYO may terminate with 30 days’ notice, and immediately in the event of serious violations.

9. Changes

MEEYO will notify you of new versions of these terms at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you may terminate as of that date.

10. Liability, applicable law, place of jurisdiction

MEEYO is liable for intent and gross negligence; any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zug.
